A promising left-arm pacer, Shoriful Islam became a household name in Bangladesh after their 2020 U-19 World Cup winning campaign. The hero of that World Cup, Shoriful’s bowling made the difference against South Africa, New Zealand, and in the final against India. Following his promising start to an International career, he was named in Bangladesh’s Squad roster for the 2021 ICC men’s T20 World Cup. By the age of 20, Shoriful has already played for Bangladesh in all three formats.
